For the Meep hallucination scene, as a nod to a favored earlier work Jason Roth used the same bathroom actor/producer Dan Boujoulian used from the short Two Chez (1997) it is in the Padnos Hall of Science at Grand Valley State University in Allendale, MI
Meep appears in color, the rest of the film is black and white.
Jason Roth would often just answer with only "be funny" as the motivation for a scene to mock an actor into an angry improvisation.
There was no script. Jason often had to shoot more scenes to keep the movie in sync with the latest improvisation recorded. Details of the plot evolved during shooting that required pick up shots with other actors to expand on new ideas.
