We told you a few weeks back that Star Trek‘s Zachary Quinto’s production company Before the Door Pictures was gearing up for a horror film called The Banshee Chapter, and now via this press release we received, the film has its first bit of cast!
Ted Levine (Shutter Island, American Gangster, The Silence Of The Lambs), Katia Winter (Arena, Level Playing Field, Barry Brown), and Michael McMillian (The Hills Have Eyes 2) will star in the elevated horror feature The Banshee Chapter. Interactive and transmedia director Blair Erickson wrote the screenplay and will make his feature directorial debut on the project.

A short film that is gaining some buzz from the Tribeca Film Festival is "Glock," a slightly gory film from writer, director, and actor Tom Everett Scott. Premiering at the festival this Friday (April 24) this fifteen minute film will cover everything from bloody torture to thrilling chase scenes.
