Just discovered this show recently and I think I've seen enough episodes now to form an opinion.
Pros: Interesting and fresh concept in comparison to other HGTV shows. Not exactly "no demo" but the concept is a good one. Hostess/ designer is charming, witty, and fun-loving which makes the show fun. Most of the final designs are nice even if they show the designer's limited range.
Cons: The designs are often not practical. Lots of white walls, kitchens, and furniture when clients have small kids. She always leans towards taking out bath tubs as if no one takes baths. And when they ask her to keep the tubs, she always does stand-alone tubs with no storage. Also, her designs lack range in terms of diversity. I've never seen her install cabinets that weren't white (with a different color island). She tends to use the same greenish color for bedroom walls. I think she needs to stretch more, dare to change styles. Every countertop and cabinet doesn't have to be white.
Also, I think they could cut out the parts of the host doing things at her own home. It feels like unnecessary filler and makes the show a little too silly and unserious.
The show overall is definitely watchable and has potential to grow. Maybe the designs will get better as the young host gains more experience.

I was just writing a review for a show I dislike so I thought Id write one for a show that I do like. No Demo Reno is useful, she is positive, funny and REAL. And for this reason, I hope you give this show another season!

Really like this show but the short shorts are so unprofessional.

I don't know what the deal is with some people criticizing her hair (it's gorgeous and if it distracts you because she wears it down...how do you live life?). I've seen "she should not wear those shorts at her age." She's in her early thirties...what's the big deal?? I have followed Jenn on Instagram for about three years so perhaps I am bias as I already find her hilarious and able to perk up my day when I watch her "stories." This carries over to her show. As far as "no demo," I do understand some confusion, but they mean no permit is needed; no major demolition. I can go with that. I do not find her designs to be all the same nor do I find her bossy. She is friends with many of these clients! And she's not "trying to be cute." She's just super cute!! Goodness, imagine criticizing people for being cute! I have really enjoyed watching this show and look forward to when the next season airs.

Love the cast! Love the premise! Love that she resells the cabinets that are still usable! It always bugs me in other shows when they destroy perfectly reusable material. Hope this show sticks around for awhile!

Jennis a breath of fresh air and full of joy! She's funny, kind, and backs up her fun personality with seriously good design. I love the feel that what she designs is actually attainable.
Love the pop-ups too!! So fun!!

Not only do I love Jenn and her personality but they do renovations with an actual budget. She talks about budgets and why she is making certain choices, like working with floors because it is out of the budget to replace them...that is relatable! Great new show.

Finally!! A realistic approach to affordable renovation. Jenn has amazing vision as well as the ability to make her clients feel that their input is valuable and important. Also, her energy is through the roof. This is a hit!
When you remove walls, tile, cabinets, bathtubs, showers, etc. You are demo-ing! She also has huge budgets to work with. It would be nice to see an actual real no demo reno with some real tight budgets. This is just like any other reno show on TV, they just named it something else and only show short clips of everything.

When I saw name, I was surprised, finally some reno that doesn't need big investments and demo. And first thing I saw is demolishing of kitchen. Design it's very personal thing, there is nothing unique about it. But it's just another tv show about renovation when you removing everything and buying most of it new. Would be nice to see something different for a change. It's boring. There is much more talented youtubers with much smaller budgets that making interesting renovations.

Great design, practical design, fun host, lighthearted. Honestly I could not say I loved it more. I look forward to the episodes coming out. Do yourself a favor and watch.
Pretty much standard HGTV fair these days: big budget renovations that actually do involve a lot of demo. Designs are nice but very standard, same thing you see on other shows. Entertaining to watch in the moment but largely forgetable. Based on the name I was really hoping for some budget friendly renovation ideas that don't involve smashing through walls and rerouting plumbing for $40k-$80k. Sigh.

The host is too much to watch. The antics and overacting are unbearable. The focus does not feel like its design, or even the clients. She is a grandstander. And she is a mediocre decorator at best. Even if her designs were awesome, I will never know since her annoying behaviors prohibit me from watching. HGTV should stick to their focus, which is home design. There are so many design shows that the hosts try too hard to outdo each other. They always manage to find ways to sneak in their problems or families' issues, which detracts from the show. I would love to see more screen time on the design or how to achieve the design, and less time on the hosts.

I absolutely love this show!! I get that Jennifer may be too much for some people. She can be goofy, sarcastic, funny, and silly but those qualities are part of he charm.
She brings color, texture, and resourcefulness to her designs. I believe she listens to her clients style and design requests. Her designs bring improved efficiency and freshness to the renovations.
Incorporating her family probably into the show is something I enjoy seeing. However, I can see where that may bother other viewers who want to get to the design and reno part of the show.
I admire her being able to "juggle" all the parts of her life. The gaudy yellow pants she made and only got a "see" for were hilarious! Also, whatever happened to Dave? Loved him! Bring him back! His opinions were a valued part of the show!

When I heard about the premise of this show I thought it would be Impossible to Not Demo the designs. She has great ideas and Foes amazing work. She reminds me of Nicole Curtis on Rehab Addict! Good show.
What a refreshing show! Great ideas to save money and produce an affordable, gorgeous Reno. I love watching the show! Jenn is awesome! Please keep this show!!!

I think her show is clever and fun. I think she is really talented and that she is beautiful. I do think she should stop wearing tattered short shorts that look like a teenager and are not appropriate for a woman her age or a host of a show. It is not that her body does not look great in them it just looks silly for someone her age to be wearing them.
I've read some of these reviews and am deeply annoyed by the ones that attack the host. Her personality is a breath of fresh air. She's charming, funny, and energetic--everything a host should be. Otherwise it's just shop talk and work; attend a real-life renovation if you want to learn the trade. These shows are for entertainment, inspiration, and satisfying conclusions-in short, it's television.
Don't undermine this host's abilities and ambitions by focusing on her appearance, i.e. Her "unprofessional jean short cutoffs" or the fact that her lack of ponytail is "distracting". What the what? Her job is physically demanding, dirty, and requires comfort. That particular review reeked of petty jealousy.
As for the designs...okay. Not the most bold or varied; most of the renos come out practically identical. I do understand that a lot of these choices are made to save money, but a little color never hurt. The title's also a bit problematic; these are demos.
But so what? It's fun, light entertainment and the clients are satisfied. Give it a shot if you have no aversions to funny women.

How is it called No Demo Reno when there is clearly demo...just watched them cut down a wall and knocked out a jacuzzi tub and shower.
I'm not sure if this will review all the episodes but either way, they are all Great! Jenn, you are so brilliant, funny, talented and beautiful. The shows are creative and always make me smile. I admire how comfortable and honest Jenn is on camera. It's such a fun show and deserves way more credit.
Side note: Jenn would be a perfect additions to be on The Real Housewives of Dallas!!! :) Keep up the good work and please keep the show going, Love You.

I can't say I love the host. She comes across a little bit airhead and annoying (thinks it's cute?) but probably fits in well in Dallas. All the houses on this show are super cookie cutter. The end designs all end up looking the same. It's very little innovation when the same house gets the same design choices over and over.

Jenn is so much fun to watch as she blazes through reno after reno. I wish I had the energy she has as well as her design talent. She is actually an excellent designer able to give her clients what they didn't even know they wanted and not break the bank. I love her sense of humor and while it may seem silly to some it definitely works her. Jenn is warm, friendly and likeable ...a standout star every sense of the word.
I have one big issue with this program. Why only 10 episodes? A show that works as well as this one does should have at least 12 per season! (I would like like 20 but that's a dream, I know.😒)
This is a 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ show which I highly recommend!

Designer is very afraid of TVs in the Living room and Family room. She starts out with a TV in the room and does not put it back, probably through it away or destroyed it.
She must have gotten scared by a TV in her childhood and need therapy.
