Composer 'Matt H. Doran' gave an unknown 23-year old named Frank Zappa his first concert (at Mt. St. Mary's college) in 1963. Though he has composed for over sixty years this is the first time the now 88-year old Doran has composed for film.
"Westsider" was shot on 9 different Super-8 film stocks including the recently discontinued Kodachrome.
