The second half of the film is a straight frame-by-frame reenactment of "Rocky IV". Master Hung (Yip Man's rival-turned-friend) dies in the ring while facing Twister, which triggers a finale between Yip and Twister.
Chow Ching-Chuen gets a bullet in the head and suffers from memory loss. In another scene, Yip Man and Chow reunite in Hong Kong for the first time since their escape from Fushan. Shocked at the state of his best friend, Yip tries to confort and make Chow memorize by asking him for and repeat Yip's name in hope for success.
