A light family comedy with a few tilts to nudge-nudge darker inside adult humor, the real accomplishment comes from casting Michael McQuary in multiple parts. His willingness to absolutely divest from humility and "cabaret" every impression and character as if visiting from an alternate reality ups the strength of the comedy to unexpected levels. More MM in future seasons please!
His Brando impression, minus words in one of the later episodes, Is dead on hysterical, painting his character as a mob/director who his assistant characters seem to understand, resembling the
"blah blah blah" adults in old "Peanuts" shows from the late 70s and early 80's definitely goes noticed.
