Not to be confused with any other film that is about the rare time when it rains in Los Angeles. The horror film follows the story of an Eastern European girl who escapes the horror of losing her sugar daddy boyfriend in her own country. She travels to Los Angeles for a vacation with friends, where she faces the reckoning of the trauma she left behind... and the rain she unearthed coming there.
