Very well done and important documentary on the culture and story of suffering and struggle of native Krenak/Borun people, from the arrival of Portuguese royal family to its South American colony, when the Empire declared war to those Indians, until the coward repression by military dictatorship, and afterwards the environmental crime by Samarco (Vale/BHP) in the mining dam of Doce River. Besides the excellent interviews, images and soundtrack, the filmmaking was quite clever: they showed Krenak culture, habits and family life in the first moment, increasing spectator's empathy. Only after that was achieved, they showed all the information about the history of aggressions and disrespect by coward and greedy explorers (colonial, military or capitalist) against that people and other natives through the past two centuries. Their resilience is impressive and moving.
