The show finale was action packed and was the most intense episode in the whole show they do a good job to keep you guessing until the bad guys are finally revealed. The only thing I wasn't fond of was the way the conflict was introduced for the next season and thing they could've made the hint for the stalker a bit better but the episode was amazing it wrapped everything up and contained a lot of well written scenes and the corny jokes were less on this. Overall the show was amazing and I am excited for a new season and would like to see everyone reprise their roles. Amazing show that u should watch now and can't wait for the new season.
I was quite surprised with how much I enjoyed this series. Jenna Ortega as the lead did a fantastic job portraying this very deadpan character. This was an awesome season finale, nearly every plotline has some sort of payoff here, every character has their moment, and the whole mystery being set up has a dark, fun and satisfying conclusion.
I predicted half of the reveal/twist at around the halfway point of the season, which isn't necessarily a bad thing since any good mystery should be at least slightly predictable. Regardless, many moments in this episode will surprise you and leave you glued to the screen for the entire runtime.
While the show as a whole wasn't perfect, it didn't need to be, and was still very enjoyable. But this finale really surprised me with how well it was done, very epic stuff, which is why I'm giving it a 10/10. Definitely the best of the season, and this show definitely deserves a season 2!

The finale delivers on action, but that's about as ambitious as it gets. After a mid-season lull, Ep 8 ramps up the confrontations and reveals, but there's little here that feels fresh or innovative.
It's a competent, crowd-pleasing wrap-up rather than a memorable crescendo. 7.5/10
Jenna Ortega remains magnetic, carrying Wednesday with her trademark deadpan flair. Pacing is brisk, and the plot ties off the main mysteries, but the visual style and storytelling don't take any bold risks.
It's entertaining enough, but a reminder that while Wednesday is fun and stylish, it's not always groundbreaking.
Waiting to start Season 2, though.

Wednesday confronts the Hyde and finds out the identity of its master.
This is an entertaining finale with strong spectacle and some crowd-pleasing moments.
The plot is reasonably good, but there is nothing original nor unexpected in what happens. The strength comes in the character moments, as several individuals make strong contributions to the outcome. The scenes involving Wednesday and Enid are the highlights for me. That is as much as I can say without spoiling.
There is quite a bit of action spectacle that is pretty well done and thankfully not too dominated by the CGI. The cinematography and art design are excellent as in all episodes.
For me the outstanding performances come from Jenna Ortega, Emma Myers, and Gwendoline Christie.

Let me be clear, I loved the series. Best from Netflix in a while. Some great writing, suspense build up for the finale was edge of the seat stuff. The quirky and witty lines for Jenna Ortega were delivered with great timing. Her portrayal of a lead protagonist will be hard to top. Also every member of star cast performed their respective roles to the best of their abilities. I especially loved the energetic Enid.
However after all the good stuff up until episode 7, the final episode was an utter disappointment. I felt it was rushed, filled with clichés, forced lines and what not. It was as if the director was changed for the last episode? Could be the pressure to set up a good finale got to the team.
Anyways I will be waiting for the season 2 because overall Wednesday has earned my respect!
