The idea behind the film is undoubtedly intriguing, but it fails to live up to the excessive hype surrounding it. The story and screenplay are passable, lacking any exceptional elements. However, the comedy treatment and dialogues manage to deliver some enjoyable moments. The production values of the film are decent, creating a visually appealing experience. While the technical departments perform adequately, they fail to impress with any standout elements. The performances by the entire cast are satisfactory, with Brahmaji bringing a refreshing touch to his role as a father. Santhosh Shoban carries his character well, displaying influences from Nani's acting style. Kavya Thapar looks stunning and delivers a fine performance. Sapthagiri and Sudarshan are utilized effectively in their respective roles. While one song stands out as catchy, the remaining songs feel lackluster.

All actors Did Great Job
Director did nice job but some draw backs in this film may be he is Influenced by his supervision (Merlapaka Gandhi )
In Ekh Mini Katha There is Big Bada Laag and Worst & Usless Characters which are Not usefull for this story or film. And Non Logical Comedy. Up to Wedding Its nice film and good treatment. From the Reception this film Went to the pattern of Venkatadri Express. In the Reception Usless characters are revealed. Except Sodi Comedy this film is Nice and Very Good Debut for the Both Director & Hero, All the best Both of You 🎉

Review By Kamal K
Santosh (Santosh Shobhan) is a young man who has size issues with his private part. With such a problem, he decides all sorts of things to get better. But seeing his crazy behaviour, his dad gets Santosh married to Amrutha(Kavya Thapar). But Santosh who is not ready for family life tries all sorts of tricks to delay his physical relationship. Why is he so nervous? What all did he do to espace the situation? And what happened in the end? That forms the rest of the story.
Postive Points:
With such a delicate subject, Santosh proved that he has the talent to prove himself as an actor. Be it comedy, frustration, and emotions, he has it all and delivers a standout performance, and is the mainstay of the film.
Kavya Thapar looks gorgeous and also acts well in the film. Her chemistry with the hero is spot on and the couple look good on screen. Comedian Sudarsha gets a good job and is superb as a hero's friend. This film will be a good break for him. Saptagiri is okay and does well but his role looks forced in some scenes.
Brahmaji changes roles and plays the hero's father and he is good with his comedy. The actor who played the role of a guy with suicidal symptoms was pretty good. The first half of the film has good comedy and content. The second is dragged a bit but the film is ended well.
Negative Point :
The second half gets dragged out scenes in plenty. Just for the sake of comedy, so many characters and situations are created which makes the scenes look forced. Shraddha Das does her role well but her character does not add much to the film.
Coming to the director Karthik Rapolu, he has done a pretty good job with the film and is a director to watch out for. Even though the basic theme and content are bold, he did not make the film look vulgar in any which way and this is where his talent is proved. Barring some over-the-top family scenes in the second half, he adds good humor in a timely manner and ends the film on a very convincing and happy note.
Verdict:
On the whole, Ek Mini Katha has a very bold subject for the Telugu audience. Overall good youthful love story and comedy.

Simple, fun, comedy, tragedy, more fun and against taboos. Excellent attempt by director to remove the social stigma and taboos. Kick Starts with super dialogue "entra mee thammudu chala chinnaga unnadu"... ! Must watch.
The movie is good to watch.it deals with an important issue that needs to be told.felt length can be trimmed a bit.had liked santosh shoban's work since golconda high school..hope he gets more good roles and we get to watch him more on screen..

Comedy is super.. Songs not good. And story is not so powerful. But concept is new in telugu and Santosh gave justice to it.

What's the point of a good plot if you can't present it nicely. The plot doesn't move, a lot of scenes feel out of place, Ex- the wedding reception scene.
I don't know how this movie got 7.1 rating on IMDB, it feels like the direction, screenplay and editing were handled by a 10 year old.
But do Watch it for the storyline, it's time we break these stigmas.

The movie starts on a very funny note. It's the last 40 minutes where the movie just falls off the cliff. Bizzzare situations and totally unrealistic ending. But still watch it because the first half is hilarious. Once the couple marries then you can switch over and watch something else. Acting wise, the lead actor is good and Ajay Devgan look alike.

Good narrated, with some good social messages bringing out!! Lag at the story line up at some places. The acting of hero and heroine 👌👌... No big twists in the movie can expect what can happen next but on the final day, it's good compromising, socially messaged, entertaining movie.

Started off on a good note. But it's such a drag after that. Especially the second half. The story could have finished in an hour and twenty minutes but has been dragged upto more than 2 hours. Its just not worth the time. You can skip this easily.
If you're really looking for good content with comedy then you have to watch this movie! In this lockdown really this movie makes you chill.
The whole team of EK MINI KATHA done very well!
I really enjoyed the whole movie, I'm not getting words & sentence to describe this movie!
All the best team!
