God only knows whats going on in this series
the concept was good but the makers were dicey as what to make a comedy one or a social one
they tried to built humor but it dint happened nor there was any strong social message or hard-hitting drama
the women prisoners look very ugly and every time they start a topic but fail to end or relate it in the other episode
the direction was low standard and everybody overacted their characters
suddenly the series got over.

An interesting albeit wild take on the issues with women's incarceration environment and the laws therein. Rashi Mal, the lead, takes a finely measured and subtle acting approach as she traverses her journey from a snobbish socialite businesswoman to a champion of the underprivileged. Always in character, she keenly reacts to her surroundings and the people around her. That's a mark of a astute method actor. She puts her ample comedic chops on display while looking like a supermodel. Trupti Khamkhar does a decent job with Kalika and conveys the emotions well. However, she tends to be over the top and jarringly loud at times. The guy playing the Jailor does a fine job of seamlessly moving from one emotion to another. Shreyas Pardiwalla is funny in a small role. I would love to see the lead cast in more mainstream shows.
