Louis C.K. disliked his bit about the old Chinese lady and originally deleted it from the film. But he later decided to put it back in.
The music that plays when C.K. enters the stage is meant to sound similar to Led Zeppelin's "No Quarter". C.K. could not afford the rights to the song so he hired a musician to create something reminiscent of it.
