Stumbling upon the 2021 thriller "Revenge Delivered" here late in 2022, of course I opted to sit down and watch it, eventhough I had actually never heard about the movie. But I figured that I would give the movie a fair chance, since I hadn't already seen it.
The storyline in "Revenge Delivered" was a bit bland. Sure it was watchable, but it wasn't exactly a particularly exciting thriller, nor was it a movie that had me at the edge of my seat at any time. So writer Jordan Robinson only managed to churn out a fairly generic thriller here.
The acting performances in "Revenge Delivered" were fair enough. I wasn't familiar with the cast ensemble, and that is something that I enjoy when watching movies. I will say that the cast here put on good performances, but they were somewhat hindered and held back by a subpar script.
For a thriller then "Revenge Delivered" was fairly bland. It made for a very simple viewing experience, and without the thrills and suspense, then "Revenge Delivered" is hardly a movie that I will recommend you waste your time, money or effort on.
My rating of director Bill Corcoran's 2021 movie "Revenge Delivered" lands on a less than mediocre four out of ten stars.

When I watch a movie, I make mental list of things to write about in my review. The other reviewer, nightroses, pretty much summed up everything I wanted to say. So read that review instead of mine. And spoiler, sort of....if you watch this movie, be prepared for a very stupid and pointless final scene.
This film begins with an obstetrician by the name of "Victoria Brooks" (Olunike Adeliyi) being hurriedly summoned into the maternity ward to deliver a baby while the mother is experiencing a medical crisis. When she gets there she is forced to make a decision on whether to focus her efforts to deliver the baby or save the mother's life. She chooses to deliver the baby first but, when she then turns her attention to the mother, she is told that she has already died. The scene then shifts to over 20 years later with that same obstetrician working at a large hospital and greeting three new medical school graduates with one of them being her daughter "Noelle Brooks" (Mary Antonini). Around that same time, Victoria begins receiving written threats which mention the exact same date when the mother died in the maternity ward many years previously. Not long afterward, strange things begin to happen at the hospital and it becomes apparent that she is being targeted by someone harboring an extreme hatred for her-and even the local police cannot seem to make any progress in identifying the suspect or to stop this person's increasingly aggressive behavior. Now, rather than reveal any more, I will just say that this started off well enough but neither the mystery or suspense was enough to really stimulate my interest that much. Likewise, it was also marred by one of the worst endings I have ever seen as well. That being said, while I don't consider this to be a terrible movie necessarily, I wasn't really impressed with it and I have rated it accordingly. Slightly below average.
