After the scene in the shopping center (automatic sliding doors) had been shot in the morning, that scene happened for real while shooting the Piaggio/scanner scene in the afternoon. The crew was small and the camera was far away on a long lens and thus wasn't very prominent. Some passersby woman walked onto the set while the camera was running and walked right past the "corpse" on the floor without giving any further looks.
