When LT kicks in Tim's door, the door opens into the room. When Capt. knocks on the door, Tim answers the door and it's no longer kicked in AND the door opens out.
Right before stealing the money from the drug dealers house, the clock says that there are three hours left for the deadline, which makes it around 9:00 p.m. and it is dark when the team gets out of the van. But when Alston receives a call to notify him, and when the team returns to the warehouse, it's still daylight.
When Conner forces his way into Tim's house, the paint on the door is peeling in a great area. In the same scene, captain Mason arrives knocking at the same door, which now opens in the opposite direction, has been repainted and shows no signs of damage.

Conner drives away after finding out his wife has been kidnapped, then he pulls over at some point along a highway, as there is only the woods that can be seen out his car window. When he drives away, now he is in the city with houses all around.
Right after Tim punches Conner in the stomach, he asks "Why'd you do that for?" And Tim answers "Why'd I do that for? You know why." But his lips don't move.
