... But I agree with other reviews that this seems way too staged. The "audience" seems to be the same audience for every episode, and Niecy's outfits change very little, like they filmed all episodes in 24 hours. Hence, Niecy's gravelly voice. Good song variety though.

I like Niecy Nash as the host of this show. Sure, during some episodes it seems like she would rather be some place else... but honestly that's relatable and I'd probably feel the same after the seventeenth episode of hosting this show. I'm a fan of whoever does her wardrobe and it's cool to see her interact with her wife and the band. And don't understand the complaints from previous reviewers about her voice.

Some of the singers are surprisingly good and/or have good stories. The variety of songs could use some work. But in the second season it feels like the bring out some more modern hits. It's a mindless show and good for its purpose.

The show can be a 3 or a 7, depending on the contestant. Some are very entertaining and others are just annoying.

My biggest issue though is that they don't seem consistent in the difficulty level of the words that are missing. Sometimes contestants get mostly missing words from the chorus or just parts of the song that are the first ones to pop into your head as soon as someone mentions the song.

Then other contestants will get song after song where the missing words are from a much more obscure part of the songs. Parts where most people, when they sing along, either mumble or hum.

There have been multiple times where early on it is obvious they are lobbing softballs at a contestant and that the contestant will get to 100,000 or 150,000 before they give them a difficult one. It is as if they decide 'this contestant is going to do well'.

I love game shows and music so I was looking forward to watching this. The contestant seemed too perfectly polished. Very good singing voice and didn't break a sweat or seem nervous in the least. I won't be watching this thing again.

Good show, but I'm annoyed with Niecy's over reactions to everything! The singers are good, but it seems a little staged. The audience is clearly directed on how to react as well.

I love music. I love game shows. I watched the hell out of Niecy on Claws. I figured it had to be great. Nope. The contestants are annoying and over the top. Niecy seems like she's yelling all the time and has so little personality. The over dramatization with the extra long pausing gets really old really fast. I keep watching it but I definitely am annoyed the entire time.

I think it's better than the old Wayne Brady version. It's one of the newest game shows on tv. At least Niecy isn't an annoying host like Rob Riggle from the Holey Moley game show. Beat Shazam got stale.

The host is horrible and sounds like she smokes 10 packs a day. She has no energy and isn't really that engaging to watch. She is NO Wayne Brady. He had energy, got the audience involved, was funny and much more. The rebooted show has a boring host and probably won't last without a change.

The singing is worse than it should be and the host raspy voice sounds like they smoke 10 packs a day. It irritates me to hear them speak. Get someone that is actually funny and has a pleasant voice please!

This Game Show is unwatchable. I thought the game shows with Jimmy Fallon were the worst. Why any network would agree to air this garbage is beyond me. In my opinion the best game shows are Jeopardy, Are you smarter than a fifth grader, Cash Cab, Sale of the century and You bet your life with Groucho Marx. If you want to watch a game show with no redeeming value you might enjoy this piece of trash. How this game show made it beyond one season is beyond me. I know when this show is canceled none of the other Networks will pick it up. The newer Game Shows that have been released recently are unwatchable.
