    • Trivia
Donovan says to his mother "You said it could never happen here, but we woke up one morning and we were in a fascist state." The 1935 anti-fascist novel "It Can't Happen Here" by Sinclair Lewis was the inspiration for V (1983).
    • Goofs
When the Visitors banners are seen hanging outside the Los Angeles medical centre and other locations their symbol is rotated 90 degrees left. Instead of the two dots appearing right and left of the line the appear above and below.
    • Quotes

Kristine Walsh: Dr. Walker! Kristine Walsh. We met in Palm Springs, Gerald Ford's. I've been such an admirer of yours I wanted to say...

Dr. Corley Walker: I remember you, Ms. Walsh. You were a newswoman.

Kristine Walsh: Well I'm still a newswoman.

Dr. Corley Walker: No, Ms. Walsh. I don't know what you are but you're certainly not a newswoman. At best a press secretary, at worst a collaborator.

Kristine Walsh: I don't know what you've been told, Dt. Walker, but I'm just doing my job.

Dr. Corley Walker: Familiar words. I wonder how many times that phrase was used at the Nuremberg Trials?

Kristine Walsh: That is insulting and untrue.

Dr. Corley Walker: Ms. Walsh, I'll tell you what is untrue. It is untrue you're working for a benevolent regime. It is untrue that you're an impartial journalist. What's true is that Fascists have taken over our planet, and you're their minister of propaganda. You're a discredit to your profession. You've allowed personal ambition to corrupt your integrity. You no longer have credibility. Good day.
