Female deer common to the Southern US do not have antlers.
During her first transformation, her teeth are that of a strict carnivore, which might be acceptable for a "were-something", but even the deer that bit her left marks that indicate he was an herbivore.
In her first transformation, the size of her hooves would have to indicate a transformed weight well in excess of 400 lbs, quite possibly double that, making her more of a moose than a deer.
