Chaithu (Vijay Raja) works as a programme director for a reputed organization. Divya (Thaman Vyas) and Chaithu are in a relationship. Shivaji, Chaithu's father, has a dream of settling down in a bungalow. Chaithu fulfills his father's dream by getting him that dream bungalow.

Nice storyline good acting done by everyone. Child artist did a great job. Heroine did justice to her character. New artist villain did awesome job.songs was awesome. Father song was super super👌👌👌

The title itself gives a positive wibe which shows about son buying a house to fullfil his fathers dream which contains sentiments,fun,drama,horror,super songs,love track etc . All the actors played a vital role specially villan role is very attractive.

Now here comes the best part- the bungalow is haunted by a female ghost played by Gnana Priya. The ghost tries to pressurize Chaithu (Vijay Raja) to vacate the house in various ways which evoke laughter.

Why does the ghost scare Chaithu in the house? Why does the ghost ask Chaithu to vacate the house? Who is the real ghost in the film? Will Chaithu leave his father's dream house? Will Chaithu be able to get married to his lady love, Divya? This forms the crux of the story.

Suspense thriller genre is always in good demand. If the element of horror is added to this genre. The entire set-up, especially the horror scenes shot in the jungle at the beginning of the movie, was reasonably well executed. In fact, several scenes are grippingly shot. Production values are super-rich, and you can see the richness on screen.

Veyi Subhamulu Kalugu Neeku is a excellent entertainer. The music is anther plus to the film..... The horror effects are impressive and the sentiment angle in the climax is decent.

Hi all, It was a family oriented movie, I can tell you it was a block bloster movie and also family Entertainment, you can see this movie with all your parents, friends and relatives also.

Vijay Raja in the titular character impresses the audience with his boy-next-door looks and delivers a fine performance. He deserves credit for his brilliance in acting and in the scenes with the ghost. Tamanna Vyas also impresses us with her short role in the film. Shivaji and the rest of the cast crew give commendable performances and carry the whole film on their shoulders.

Coming to the technical aspects, the director fails to engage the audiences even though he directed a few scenes well. The cinematography is not bad and the music is average. Editing is fine. The production values are good.
