The IMDB page for the actress Kendall Cato, who plays Heather/Jenny in this movie, contains a number of photos of her. One of the photos of Kendall is captioned "Hamilton Wrap Party/Puerto Rico". That is the same photo that Nicole uses in the movie when she creates the fake social media page for Heather. The full photo is seen when Nicole first chooses it. Then Nicole crops it down to a head shot to use on Heather's social media page.
