The Audience will find a lot of similarity here with Old Indian Familiar Movies. In terms of script and supporting cast, this movie actually appears to be better than all Bhojpuri Films.
In terms of performances, the lead pair of Amit Sethi is loose and Pavita Rano are just average but Rocky Verma is excellent performance as Mohan Thakur. He has put life in all the scenes he is in. Watch out for the drink scene where he and Chokhelal are planning to capture Puja and his Property. This is one negative character, the audience will love. who is very good in all her confrontational scenes with Janardhan Mishra. This movie has to be watched for Rocky Verma only!
Janardhan Mishra is also good as the Chokhelal, the way he carries himself in all the scenes, the dialogue delivery, the dhoti-kurta and topi, all suit his character. Jitendra Shrimali is very loud and over acting in his all scene. Jitensra Shrimali is miscasting for his role. Another character worth mentioning is that of Hemant Agarwal as Raja is wasted.
Music by Dipesh Vajpayee is another highlight, the Item Song "Meri Jawani Ka Tapta Badan" looks good on screen having been shot in the inside Village. Overall, if you are fan of Good Bhojpuri Familiar Film, Village Style language, then you will love "Chhodab Na Sang Tohaar !
