Some trailers focus on grossing you out. The bloody mouths, the stumped limbs, the overall yuck factor of it all. Some trailers focus on sexual deviancy, up-skirt shots, copulating with members of the clergy or fornicating behind a butcher's counter. The ambitious filmmakers behind Psycho Street decided to just go on ahead and throw it all into one pretty extreme trailer. Wow.

Psycho Street is a three-part anthology film starring Tiffany Shepis as the best looking version of the Crypt Keeper we've ever seen, welcoming you to the twisted town of Kronanburg where things ... well, things tend to get fucked up. And even though the film has already been picked up by R-Squared for a 2012 release, we thought you'd like to be the first on your block to take an early look at this intriguing Nsfw (that's Not Safe For Work for you cubicle jockeys prowling the internet on company time) trailer.

The horror anthology has a really cool and insane segment called "Lewis", sounds pretty tame and simple but it'll  shock,floor and possibly offend you, it pushed the envelope as far or futher than anything I've seen in a long time and will probably make you go pray after witnessing the bloody carnage that is "Lewis". 

If you've been missing that 70's horror feel then this is what you've been looking for, devil worship, sacrifice, blood, gore and nudity all in one segment! I have a lot of friends invloved with "Lewis" and the entire anthology and I'm happy to see all of this come together!

Some cool news for some of my awesome horror film making friends has been sent my way! There's a cool horror flick called Psycho Street that's just been picked up by R Squared Films and it features scream queen Tiffany Shepis, she's kind of groovy you know! I, Brian Shirley have been following this project for a long time now and I'm happy to say how close I am to it, the great news it's getting and congrats to the cast and crew.  Lot's of close friends connected to this project! Hey peeps! Another cool horror movie I'vve been keeping an eye on for sometime is this cool horror anthology I'm going to introduce you to along with the new poster art.  One thing I love is watching something special take its shape and form into something special and I think we have that here. I met Arthur Cullipher in Louisville, Kentucky at the Fright Night Film Fest this summer and have made a friend for life. One of the funniest and nicest guys you'd ever want to meet and he is talented too! He and his Clockwerk Pictures team have created one of the darkest and disturbing short films I've ever witnessed with 'Come', think Lovecraft and R-rated Twilight Zone episode mixed with a little Outer Limits, all on acid and then stuck in a blender, I haven't been lucky enough to witness more from him but I'm sure that day is coming. I was introduced to Jeremiah Kipp's creepy short film masterpiece 'Contact' just a few weeks ago and I instantly became a fan and found out alot of cool info about him afterwards. When you cover the East Coast independent horror scene on a regular basis, you can wind up in rather scary situations. But then there are moments like the one recently where this writer goes to check out the set of No Rest For The Wicked, a segment from the multidirector anthology Psycho Street, and I find myself sharing a bathtub with actress-turned-director Raine Brown.

The creators of Sculpture bring us Hypochondriac, a short horror comedy to be included in the upcoming horror anthology Psycho Street. Hypochondriac stars Marv Blauvelt (Beef, Sculpture, The Green Monster, etc.) as Dr. Oliver Combs, a big city doctor who has moved from La to a small town called Kronanburg (Lol!) to practice medicine at a small clinic. Hoping his start at the clinic will be a major departure from the crazy environment of the big city, he soon finds that not everyone who works and comes to the clinic is as normal as he hoped.

Actor/producer Marv Blauvelt sent over some on-set photos (see ’em below) from “Come on Down,” the wraparound story for the currently lensing independent horror anthology Psycho Street. He also gave us the first look at a trailer for the movie’s over-the-top comedic segment “Hypochondriac,” which you can see at the bottom of the page.

Busy scream starlets Tiffany Shepis and Raine Brown star in “Come on Down” alongside Austin Dossey, Kirk Chastain and Jason Hignite for director Arthur Cullipher. The setting is the town of Kronanburg, and Blauvelt provides a synopsis: “When newcomer to town Aubrie Harris [Brown] sends her husband Casey [Dossey] next door to borrow tools and he doesn’t return, she becomes concerned and decides to visit her new neighbor in hopes of finding Casey’s whereabouts. Making a visit to her neighbor Leya Barker [Shepis], she discovers through her ‘friendly’ visit that Kronanburg may not be the...
