A small group of scientists isolated in a Norway base discovers a mysterious rope, seemingly endless, which runs along their observatory and sinks into the forest. Some decide to follow it, others decide to stay.

An international research team at an observatory in Norway has been given the green light to continue its work. But then the scientists discover a rope that snakes endlessly between the trees in the forest and seems to have no end. A small group sets out to solve the mystery of the rope.—Arte

A small scientific community working at an observatory deep in the Norwegian forest are thrilled - they've been given the go-ahead to complete critical research. But something interrupts their concentration, an abandoned rope that's appeared at the edge of the forest. Six of them decide to follow it, allowing their curiosity to lead the way.
