Storyline

- TriviaWas assembled from the footage of the shelved "Busty Cops: Back In Time parts 1 & 2", shot in 2005 by writer-director Michael Whiteacre, which was a time travel parody including elements of the Back To The Future movies, as well as Boogie Nights (1997) and Wonderland (2003). In 2008, the footage was reassembled, eliminating the time travel plot in its entirety and replacing it with a Dragnet-style narration, but maintaining Whiteacre's original cuts of each sex scene.

Featured review
The third stop in the 'Busty Cops' series and let's get the obvious out of the way. It has the typical threadbare story and a parade of boobs. Of the original ladies only Nikki Nova returns, but Hannah Harper from 2 is back. The interesting part is what a trainwreck this production was apparently. Directed by Libby Rockwell - a pseudonym for Michael Whiteacre - who was removed from the project. Not all sunshine & lollipops. Horrible business types with egos involved.
They recut his original vision of the film so 'Protect and Serve!' comes off like any other T&A flick. No humor or action, barely any story. Just cram as much nudity and sex in. A horrible voiceover inserted after they scrapped the original plot device of time travel and all the scenes, dialog that dealt with that. If you want juicy details you hear from the director himself in the comments of one of the critic reviews.
If that doesn't interest you, 'Protect and Serve!' has the usual dose of nudity that this series and genre is built on, but it isn't hot or done with fresh energy. There's bad acting and some of the dialog sounds like it was recorded in a tunnel. The final product is the pits but it's not like any of the entries in the series have been quality or really hot to really begin with either.
