Final WCW PPV appearance for Miss Elizabeth.
WCW was criticized for the spot where Chris Kanyon fell off the top of the triple cage since the show was held in the Kemper Arena, the same arena where Owen Hart had died a year earlier at 'WWF Over the Edge (1999).
The buyrate for this PPV was an abysmal 0.14. Which, given that the PPV was built around non-wrestler David Arquette as WCW World Heavyweight Champion during an absolutely terrible time for the company, is not surprising.
Received an official VHS release in the USA (catalogue number T7206). Also received an official VHS release in the UK (catalogue number S0T7206).
