I don't know what I expected. The acting is so terrible in this movie. Like. The landscapes are better actors than the leads. I guess if not anything else, it was a waste of time that allowed me to beat several dozen candy crush levels.
If it wasn't for the fact that Benjamin Mascolo is eye candy, I probably would have shut it off after only a few minutes. But the fact that he's lovely, doesn't make up for the fact that he is, in fact, one of the worst actors I've ever seen.
As for Bella Thorne, I feel like every movie she's in is the same. Her characters are dense and have no personality. It seems like she takes roles to show off her body in lingerie and doesn't actually care about the substance in the role.
Whatever. A paycheck is a paycheck, I guess.

There is not one actor/actress in this movie who knows how to play... Bella Thorne and Benjamin Mascolo were in real life a couple, even engaged and they still can't give you the feeling that they love each other. It's just painful to watch their struggling. They just want to look pretty it seems...

Benjamin is the most wooden, robotic person to grace a screen since the terminator. The dialogue could have been written by a 2nd grader. There is a pathetic, unbelievable story that just ends with the couple hooking up- no real resolution of the "problem". Bella hasn't improved her acting skills from Disney sitcom level. There are long pauses trying to look artistic with shots of some pretty scenery, but it's so contrived, you can't enjoy it at all. If you want to see some skin, there's a bit of that, but it's just thrown in again with no real point to the story. My recommendation- save your time and skip this painful drivel.
For the love of God, nobody knows how to act in this movie. The better and experienced one out of all is Bella Thorne. She's not even the best either but the others made her acting really stand out. Thorne could've played with someone who can actually act not just a "pretty face ". This movie is just one of those wannabe "crazy ex /lover" type of movie with no sense at all. This Roy dude definitely don't know how to act. Should stay doing modeling or whatever he does. Just not acting. Lol . I think my neighbor's cat can act better than him. Great views though lol now I'm just rambling cause I gotta make this review with certain amount of letters lmao.
Plot is poorly set up. And poorly executed. As a viewer, I didn't get a chance to care about the storyline becuase of the poor acting and lack of "hook".
Acting is a far cry from believable. (I mean it is painful to watch). I didn't believe a single minute of this film. The twists and turns are genuinely NOT twists and turns- Not interesting or appealing in any way.
Bella's acting was truly awful. She looked like a bloated duck the entire movie and has had too much Botox to show any emotions and genuinely looks like a mannequin moving through space. I was so happy when this nightmare was over. EVEN IF THE ACTING WAS DIFFERENT THE ENTIRE PLOT IS INSANE.
Either go with "living in a manor/castle" OR "I have to go home to school!" Like it's all very confusing (why would she not want to stay there lmao).
It's one of the worst movies I've seen ever and not in a fun way. It's just genuinely bad.

OMG! How was it possible that this film even saw the light?!
Elementary school performances are at the same level, even they could be better because kids put a lot of heart in it .
The argument is not the worse but I can't tell for sure because of the terrible acting work.
I think the little girl is the best in the whole crew. The dynamic in the dialogues, the extra silences between lines (not for climax), the clumsy body moves.
Everything so un-natural.
I hope true actors can have a true opportunity in the future and not just names in the cast. There is so much unknown talent and the production chose this. What a shame.

Uhh... fark me sideways. I was in the mood of some romance and just watched the first thing I saw on Prime. Yeah, how the table turned. Good Lord, where do I start...
Okay. Voltage, Voltage, Voltage... what a failure
Roy Boy can't act to save his life, right from his very first line, I knew I was wasting my time. How could he be a LEAD actor? Because if he could then so could my sister with Bell-Palsy. And the worst thing is, Roy Boy and Red Head were engaged in real live! So he actually didn't need to act at all! But they had no chemistry whatsoever.
And Red Head didn't even try. Just enjoying her days in Sicily looking sexy, I reckon.
The writing is horrible. Cheesy and absurd lines everywhere. There were moments where I threw up a bit in my mouth, listening to these.
The plot, oh the plot! Dora the explorer has better plot than this rubbish.
Nonsense from start to finish. Plot got holes like swiss cheese. Confusing, make you questioning everything.
This movie is one of the worsts I've seen.
Voltage should stop making movies. This is embarrassing for everyone.

I'm a lot disappointed in this movie. It had the potential to be a such great movie. The acting was just so bad, borderline amateur, like ive seen YouTube fan films with better acting! I wanted to love this movie, I watched the first movie, and in the first one the acting was a bit off but it was way better than this one. I was left a bit confused throughout this entire film. There were gaps in the story and none of it tied up even at the end. Bella is such a beautiful and talented actor but this movie was complete trash to be quite honest. He was a good-looking actor but his acting seemed forced and awkward and just cringe. I am sure he's a good actor, I saw the potential in the first film, but I think the writers of this film were the ones who made it so horrible. This film could have been so great but yet it was far from great. I give it a 2 star...

This is not a movie, it's a bad lingerie.commercial. There is no story, no realistic or sensible dialogue, no acting. Oh god, the "acting"! What did Francesca Inaudi do to deserve such hell? With the exception of Francesca and the young kids, all the other characters are the equivalent to cardboard cutouts. Every scene is forced and superficial. Every character is one-dimensional. And, for all the lingerie shown, this movie is neither romantic nor sexy. Even if this movie had a storyline and coherent dialogue, these amateur actors could not be expected to manufacture the necessary chemistry or sexual tension to keep the audience involved. Top to bottom, this movie is a lesson in how NOT to make a movie. Needlessly to say, this movie is an atrocity and an absolute waste of time.
This is the second installment in the romance that was started between Vivian and Roy in the film Time is Up. In the second film Roy and Vivian have been a couple for six months and Roy has lost his college scholarship due to being off the swim team. Vivian travels with Roy back to Sicily, Italy for him to be able to sell his family's farmhouse in order to get money for him to continue to attend college.
While in Italy Vivian meets Roy's lovely aunts and a stranger named Anna when she crashes her motorcycle outside of where Vivian is staying. Alone, Vivian helps Anna out and the two hit it off. To repay Vivian's kindness, Anna takes her out for the day to show her the countryside. Roy is in a bit of a panic when they return, as he didn't know where Vivian was, shows some signs of distrusting this Anna.
When Roy and Vivian are unable to return home right away due to a volcano, they end up spending more time with Anna and her boyfriend, Tony. Meanwhile, one of Roy's aunts shares his photography with a gallery owner and boyfriend Thomas, who approaches Roy about exhibiting his work in Thomas' up coming show. This puts a little distance between Roy and Vivian as they each think the other is not supporting their future. Roy however lays all his cards on the table by proposing to Vivian...but will lies and Anna's dark backstory get in the way of their future happiness?
This is a angsty teen romance filled with brooding. I know that's not everyone's thing...but remember it's a teen romance. Try to go back to those troubling, hormone filled years and those feelings of absolutism's. That always helps put me in the right frame of mind with which to view this kind of angsty teen drama. Having said that this story was filled with that achy brooding kind of love in a gorgeous backdrop, with some great music, some good costuming, decent sex scenes and some hot youthful tattooed bodies.
I did have a couple storyline complaints...like for example most couples who do not have the same native language tend to over communicate, because they assume that their partner doesn't understand. A big flaw in this plot is the lack of communication between these two individuals who not only claim to love one another but plan on getting married. Also, why would you keep the secret of a childhood friend from your significant other, especially one that might explain odd behavior and protect her?
Guilty pleasure for me, for sure....but I am rooting for Roy and Vivian. Would I like to see a third film, absolutely!

Beautiful Italy with snowflakes sentimental story without any chemistry between actors. Lot of beautiful dresses and very soft kissing scenes. If you dont like tatoos , then this movie is not for you as all half naked scenes are more tattoo than beautiful womens body.
Acting is really 1, but for Italy I added more points.
If you with first dating with snowflake, then this is perfect story as nothing really happened. Cinema were full of kissing couples after film and for that purpose this film as excellent foreplay. Next time more beautiful Italy and not so overdressed Donnas, who dont know what they want ir dont want.

I wanted to like this movie. The acting was absolutely terrible, I don't know how this made it through editing. A volcano closed all the flights?! Seriously, come on. I was hoping it would be a better build off of the first movie, which wasn't fantastic but it was a heck of a lot better than this one. It honestly feels like a completely separate movie altogether, not a continuation. Every "twist" was predictable. Typical third act "miscommunication/fight/breakup is so played out. As much as I hate to be so cynical, the only thing decent about this movie was the location. It was truly painful. Don't waste your time.

The perfect ingredients for a functional teen movie, in Time Is Up 2 - Game of Love, are all there: a breathtaking setting, contrasts between the protagonists and a new love on the horizon. All according to plan then, at least on the theoretical level. In practice, however, what appears to be a mere re-proposition of narrative and directorial schemes seen continuously on screen, turns into a story that unfortunately does not convince immediately: too many forcing, a series of flashbacks that in a short time have already exhausted their sense of existing, a mystery that was already revealed at the origin. The entire film is therefore based on a plot twist that the spectators, even the most inattentive, have grasped from the beginning and this inevitably compromises the functionality of the plot. Unfortunately, it is not the only obstacle that can be noticed within the narrative: the plot, which in addition to the main characters involves new entries among which Anna (Alma Noce) and Tony (Simone Coppo) stand out, always seems to remain in the same point without ever leaving a comfort zone which, we repeat, is not so solid as to guarantee effective development, even if derivative.

Time Is Up 2: Game of Love has all the essential elements of a successful teen film: a gorgeous backdrop, interesting character differences, and a potential new romance. Theoretically, everything went as planned. In reality, however, what initially seems to be a simple repetition of the narrative and directing schemes frequently seen on screen develops into a narrative that regrettably does not immediately convince: too many forced scenes, a string of flashbacks that quickly lose their impact, a mystery that was already known at the beginning. The entire movie is consequently centered on a plot twist that even the most unobservant viewers have known from the start.
