When Carol is calling Rita in the car, her mouth is not moving, as seen in the car's rear-view mirror.
When Carol goes to see Dr. Reeves, he shows her a computer map of unconfirmed sightings of the Dinoshark; however, when the map location reaches New Guinea, the doctor says New Zealand.
During the Dinoshark's attack on the water polo game towards the end of the film, the boom mic is visible when Carol dives into the water.
