When it was time to record the infamous scream by Angele Galea, Tedesco had given ample notice to the Hospital representative about what they were about to record. After Tedesco received the go ahead from the hospital representative, Tedesco went into one empty hall with the sound mixer and Angele, and subsequently began a 1 minute screaming take. Suddenly, 3 doctors from the emergency ward came rushing down the hall prepared for an emergency. They were unaware of the filming right next door and thought that something tragic had happened. The hospital representative had told every ward in the hospital but had forgotten to give warning to the emergency department about the scream.
Tedesco, who lives in the Netherlands had planned a 3 day pick up shoot for missing shots in Malta. Due to the covid situation at the time, it was not possible for Tedesco to leave the country. In stead, he flew Camenzuli up to Amsterdam, rented the same car type from a friend and shot all the missing shots in and around the camera rental store where Tedesco had once worked. The images in the car when then mirrored to reflect Maltese driving which is on the left side of the road.
