After its Wednesday night run concludes on February 19, CBS will resume airing all-new episodes of “The Price is Right at Night” on Monday nights starting May 12, the network recently revealed.

Although a specific time slot had not been set at press time, the game show is likely to air at 8:00 p.m. Et/Pt, with comedies “The Neighborhood” and “Poppa’s House” expected to have already wrapped their seventh and first seasons, respectively, on par with traditional season finale dates for CBS’ Monday comedy block – the sixth season of “The Neighborhood” concluded on Monday, May 6, 2024, giving credence to the seventh season finale airing Monday, May 5.

Starting Wednesday, February 26, all-new episodes of “Survivor” return when CBS premieres Season 48 of the Jeff Probst reality series with a two-hour edition. Meanwhile, the 37th season premiere of “The Amazing Race,” hosted by Phil Keoghan, returns with 90-minute episodes beginning Wednesday, March 5, following regularly scheduled 90-minute episodes of “Survivor.

A Price Is Right contestant named Rebekah won big during the “Hot Seat” game after what host Drew Carey described as a “perfect game.” The player attempted to win up to $20,000 during a game with five prizes of different costs. She had to decide if the actual price was higher or lower than the price shown. This is done while in a moving chair called the “Hot Seat,” where the player presses a blue button for lower and a red button for higher when it comes to pricing the items within the time set. Rebekah was tasked with determining if five items on stage had higher or lower pieces than what was marked. With 35 seconds on the clock, she decided the range for a jewelry lockbox, a curling wand, a stainless steel dog bowl with a silicon boot a Jbl portable waterproof speaker, and a manual typewriter with die-cast metal housing.

The Price Is Right host Drew Carey continues to be surprised by some of the prices for prizes on the game show.

Fans seem to share those sentiments based on a recent edition of the game Hot Seat, where a contestant tried to win up to $20,000.

The game features five prizes with varying prices. The contestant must determine whether the actual price is higher or lower than the price shown.

The contestant is in a moving chair, the “Hot Seat,” which has blue “lower” and red “higher” buttons they can press as they go from item to item in the timed game.

For a recent episode, Rebekah had her chance to win significant money as she received suggestions from the audience.

While Drew felt the contestant “played perfectly,” the host and viewers still called out some of the surprising prizes and prices in the game.

Exclusive: Dane Cook (Good Luck Chuck) and Hana Mae Lee (The Babysitter: Killer Queen) are leading dark comedy thriller Boris Is Dead, which is in post-production.

Helmed by James Cullen Bressack (Darkness of Man), the film follows a struggling actor, working as a waiter (Cook) who unwittingly becomes involved in a violent heist gone wrong, where his boss – deep in debt – has been stealing from employees and running the restaurant as a front for the mob.

The original screenplay was written by real life twins Kerry Donelli and Jacqueline Donelli (Unedited Footage of a Bear) who also star and produce.

Pic is produced by Sasha Yelaun (The Old Way) and Henry Penzi (Hellfire). Executive producers include Dane Cook under his company banner SuperFinger Ent and Darryl Quarles (Big Momma’s Franchise). The film wrapped principal photography in Kansas City, Missouri. Jeremy O’Keefe (Never Have I Ever) is a co-producer and casting director on the project.

Andrew Garfield learned a lot from Mel Gibson on the set of 2016’s Hacksaw Ridge and says the filmmaker should continue making films.

Sean Stone, a producer who worked on action films starring Bruce Willis and John Travolta, has died. He was 31.

Stone died Tuesday at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey, his family told The Hollywood Reporter. He was diagnosed with metastatic neuroendocrine cancer of the colon in July. 

Stone grew up in New Jersey and graduated from the University of Arizona before moving to Los Angles in 2017 to pursue his dream of producing movies. He began his career that year at CAA, where he worked under Dave Bugliari and then Jack Whigham, before moving to Emmett/Furla as an assistant in 2020 and eventually freelancing as an executive producer on movie projects.

Some of the best co-op games on the market are actually available on mobile platforms, whether it's major studios that have adapted their console properties to the medium, or indie developers who are using mobile as an opportunity to grow.

The best thing about many of these cooperative games is that anyone can connect with one another across the world. Many of these titles do not require playing directly with friends, although they can lead to new friendships. Some could be deemed to be guilty pleasure video games, but regardless of their status, they are still so entertaining and push players in regard to their skills and title tactics.

Filming is due to get underway on November 15 in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Guns are included in the plot of the movie but producers have told us they “will be using rubber guns and adding flash and sound by computer during post production…the recent events caused us to go in the direction of rubber guns.”

Sam Asghari is heading to the Hot Seat! The actor (who happens to be engaged to Britney Spears) just booked his next role as Swat Sergeant Tobias in Randall Emmett's upcoming thriller. Sam's rep, Brandon Cohen, tells E! News, "He is playing an action-oriented Swat sergeant." Hot Seat starts filming soon in Los Angeles and will be Sam's next project following his appearance in Black Monday earlier this year. Exclusive: Kevin Dillon and Sam Asghari have boarded the Emmet/Furla action thriller Hot Seat. Deadline previously reported that Mel Gibson would star in the film. The Lionsgate company Grindstone Entertainment will handle North America distribution, and Highland Film Group is repping foreign sales. James Cullen Bressack will direct. He just helmed Fortress with Chad Michael Murray and Bruce Willis, which is in post.

In Hot Seat, an ex-hacker is forced to break into high-level banking institutions by an anonymous man who planted a bomb under his chair at his office. Gibson plays the man who must try to penetrate the booby-trapped building to get a man (Dillon) off the hot seat.
