When the three are coming down from their rooms to the street for the Bull Scene Kabir's shoes change from formal brown shoes to sports shoes during the racing scenes.

During the lunch, when Hirithik is playing the game with Abhay about telling the word which come in his mind, at first the juice glasses are full and then in the next shot they are almost empty.

When Katrina Kaif is introduced on the beach, Hrithik and Abhay Deol are sitting on the beach-bench. When Farhan comes, Abhay is sitting on the bench. Then in the next cut, Abhay Deol is lying down on his stomach on the bench. Then again in the next cut, Abhay is lying on his back on the bench. A series of these cuts show the continuity mistakes in that particular shot.

When Katrina told her friend that she wants to go after them, she was seen in a pink top but later on she was seen in a red top.

When Arjun is talking to Kabir in the hotel, the night before skydiving, Kabir's arms are on his side while he's sitting on the bed. In the next shot, his elbows are resting on his lap.

San Fermín (Bull Festival) happens mid July and Tomatina occurs at the end of August. But here Tomatina happens before San Fermín. Also, the trip was planned for a period of three weeks, therefore the trio could not have attended both of the festivals.

The festival sequence is off. The Running of the Bulls in Pamplona is in July, La Tomatina festival in Buñol is in August. Therefore, for sequential accuracy, the characters would've had to run with the bulls first, then participated in the Tomatina festival.

There is no money bail system in Spain. After being arrested, they would have been in police custody before appearing before a judge, who would most likely have released them under some conditions (probably confiscating their passports) to await trial. In case the judge had ruled pre-trial detention (highly unlikely unless they had killed someone in the fight), they would have been sent to prison, thus not remaining under local police custody.

In any case, there is no way they would have been released from police custody before appearing in front of a judge just because someone came to pick them up.

When Katrina is introduced at the beach, where Farhan asks and she replies that she is half US and half Indian. In fact she lives in London and has a British accent.

During the song "Dil Dhadakne Do" when they were packing luggage and preparing for Spain, Kabir Dewan got Mumbai immigration stamp on his passport. 1) But in his schengen visa, Kabir's name is mentioned as "Abhay Deol" 2) Date on the immigration stamp is 15 Jul 2011 whereas his schengen visa is issued on 15 Apr 2010. That shows his VISA is expired as schengen visa is valid for 90days or at top 180days. 3) Also "Departure" word is not mentioned on the immigration stamp.

While in Costa Brava, when Hrithik gets a call from Joe, the network name is displayed as Vodafone IN where IN stands for India, it should be the Spanish equivalent.

After Hrithik has remembered the reason for his failed relationship, his pink phone rings and it is shown that the call is from Joe (Work), but the cellular phone network shows Vodafone IN. He is depicted to be in Spain but the cellular network on his phone says India.

At the beginning of the film, Hrithik is supossedly in London but the terminal he's working on has a Spanish keyboard.

In the song, "Khaabon Ke Parinday", When the car passes over by the road where on one side there is a sea or lake. A silo like structure in on the left hand side, But after 6-7 seconds it is on right hand side with nothing on left hand side.

When Arjun is talking to Mr. Yamamoto, the name on the Yahoo messenger video window says "Wong Chan".
