The film did not have a theatrical release in British Columbia,Canada.
In the Hindi version, the villains are arrested, but one of the villains (Angre) is presumed dead after getting shot in an staged encounter. However, in this version, all the villains are killed in the climax.
Many of the scenes were re-used from Khakee, such as the police officers getting killed by terrorists, majority of the flashback scene of Dr. Ansari, Dr. Ansari getting shot, the car chase between the DCP and the Angre.
Aisa Jadoo was remade as Enthaa Jadoo with Lara Dutta and reused from Khakee.
