When the girl and Mr Perfect run into each other in the Christmas tree lot they land in snow. The next shot of them they're not laying in snow.

During the gingerbread race, there are several inconsistencies with the icing such as icing being present before it's been applied, icing missing after it's been applied and residue from icing that had been removed after a previous take.

The movie takes place in Colorado in December just before and for Christmas. However, the only time you see winter is in the stock footage. The movie was clearly shot in the summer. There are everywhere green deciduous trees and bushes. Sometimes production sprayed them with artificial snow, but sometimes didn't at all like in the evening scene for Christmas Eve. Furthermore, there is one scene when you can see flowers in the garden. In the most of the movie you can hear singing birds not only in the outside scenes, but even in Maya's parents house how loud they were. Singing birds don't sing between late summer and late winter (March). And because it was shot in summer, cast and extras didn't wear winter clothes plus most of them had open jackets and almost nobody wears winter hat. It was mostly apparent in the Christmas Eve and in the evening is even colder.
