- Angela's life takes a sharp turn after a life-changing night on the run from a fatal hit-and-run. She hides from her past, friends, and family to try and outsmart the police. Will her escape be worth it, or will justice catch up with her?
- From an abandoned child to an abused adolescent, we follow this young Angela (Kaia Nagorski) through her life up to her marriage and the birth of her first child. Now grown and working as a paralegal studying law, Angela (Savannah Jockel) finds herself in her own legal mess. This all comes to a crossroads when she's involved in a fatal car accident. She quickly panics and tries to use her manipulative nature to outwit the police and decides to disappear from the scene of the crime along with her whole life. In the dark of night, Angela leaves her entire life, including her husband, Laz (Mark Justice), with no hope in sight. After ignoring all advice, including the advice of her husband and attorney friends, she runs into Pappa Paulie (Paul Sorvino), whom she listens to a little; she narrowly leaves before he and his wife (Dee Dee Sorvino) discover her true identity. In a panic, Angela still neglects the advice of her husband and lawyer couple friends, Mark Smith (Dean Cain) and Sharon Smith (Traci L. Newman), who tell her to turn herself in. Angela knows this will be the longest night of her life, and in the end, only fate will decide her outcome. We circle back after some decisions she has made to see if her manipulative tactics will help or hurt her. Only after several disturbing attempts to outrun the police, followed by another murder and some time away, will we discover if she could get away with what is now a double murder.
