Desperately trying to get his life together, a man wakes in a state of disarray with little recollection of the previous night and a video from himself addressed to Future Me. Drinking, smoking and all around getting up to no good, the version of himself in the video laughs as he deliberately sabotages his plans for self improvement. As two warring sides of the same person communicate with each other via video message, one man must find balance in his life and learn to treat himself with respect.
