The Police continue to hunt for the Torso killer, only now the various authorities are communicating with one another.
It baffles me that back then, the various divisions of The Police didn't communicate with one another, however it was a very different time I guess.
Richard Cotingham, I wish we'd have learned a little bit more about him, the second episode had so much build up, it could have focused more on the infamous killer.
There is one jaw dropping moment in this episode, I won't spoil it, but there comes a scene where you will just be job smacked.
I suppose this episode is somewhat reflective, it looks back, and to some extent looks forward, it now makes me think of my own visit to Times Square some years back, I would now see the place in a whole new light. Who would have known that the place had such a history.
Interesting, 8/10.

Wow, not the ending I was expecting. Very sad that so many cold cases are potentially unsolved because of this man. Relevant interviews and archival footage.
