Filming on a second series of the celebrity version of the programme commenced in June 2022 - just after filming had wrapped on the fourth series of the regular show.
The 6 celebrities whose homes will be investigated in the second series of the spin-off programme have been confirmed as interior designer Laurence Llewellyn-Bowen, Coronation Street actor Simon Gregson, singer Jake Quickenden, Geordie Shore star Marnie Simpson, socialite and reality television star Lady Colin Campbell and professional dancer and choreographer Louie Spence.
On 15th July 2023, Jayne Harris, Ian Lawman and Barri Ghai dropped a teaser video to Discovery+'s social media channels announcing that the celebrity version of the paranormal programme will return for a third series. The video does not reveal a specific release date for series 3, but Discovery+ lists it as "coming soon".
