The first three episodes received an early screening at a special event on Febuary 26, 2023 at Ikebukuro HUMAX Cinemas in Tokyo. The regular TV broadcast started on April 4, 2023.
Based on a romantic comedy manga series written and illustrated by Misaki Takamatsu. It has been serialized in Kodansha's Monthly Afternoon since August 2018.
Skip to Loafer was released on Blu-ray in two volumes from July 26, 2023, to August 30, 2023.
