This episode is a follow-up to previous episodes devoted to Bill's child-acting days on "Hazardous Henry" - Hazardous Henry (2021) and Hazardous Henry vs. Perilous Perry (2021).
When the 1960s family sitcom "Hazardous Henry" is canceled, the director of the series finale retaliates against network executives by taking the show in increasingly extreme and absurd directions (creating an episode that "makes Henry genuinely hazardous"), with a plot involving mutated students, radioactive neighbors, Soviet spies, and nuclear explosions.
Another episode which does not feature a Bugs Bunny cartoon (once a rare occurrence for this show).
At the time this episode first aired, the Warner Bros. cartoons Zip Zip Hooray! (1965), The Merry Old Soul (1935), and The Squawkin' Hawk (1942) had not been included individually on any animation DVD or Blu-ray collections, though all were available in restored prints on the HBO Max streaming service. ("Zip Zip Hooray!" had been available on DVD as part of the half-hour Adventures of the Road-Runner (1962) pilot episode and "The Squawkin' Hawk" had been included as a bonus feature on the 70th anniversary Blu-ray of Casablanca (1942).)
