The first volume of the Mandela catalogue was all made on the creator of the show ( Alex Kisters ) mobile phone, this was specified by the creator during a discord QnA around October of 2021
The Mandela Catalogue was inspired for creation by other popular analogue horrors such as The Walten Files, A series originally started as an indie game, turned into an online series about a Burger Joint known as Bon's Burgers along with work made by Alex Kister
The original name of The Mandela Catalogue was The Timeshift Archives with the plot revolving around old cartoons given creepy twists, similarly to Overthrone.
