Marla Sokoloff delivered a daughter, Elliotte Anne Puro, at 8:05 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8 in California, her rep confirms to People exclusively.

Baby girl weighed in at 7 lbs. and is the first child for the actress and husband Alec Puro.

“Mom, dad and baby are happy as can be and completely in love with each other,” Sokoloff, 31, tells People.

The Chateau Meroux star blogged about her pregnancy for People, remarking in her last post that “in the grand scheme of things, these nine months went by pretty quickly.”

Since audiences first got to know her at age 12 as Gia on Full House, Sokoloff has had many memorable TV roles — Jody on Party of Five, Lucy on The Practice, Claire on Desperate Housewives – as well as turns on the big screen in Whatever It Takes, Dude, Where’s My Car? and Sugar & Spice.

Sokoloff, 31, also sings and plays guitar and released an album, Grateful, in 2005.

She wed her husband, music composer Alec Puro, in Nov. 2009 and the couple — plus pup Coco Puro — make their home in Los Angeles.

Director Bob Fugger's 2011 romantic feature "The Chateau Meroux", written by Tim Carter and Adam Morrison, is now available on DVD from Anchor Bay Entertainment :

A composer who appears to be having his breakout year on the big screen in 2011 is Alec Puro. Two of his recent projects that premiered at this year’s Sundance Film Festival have been picked up by major indie studios and will be released in theaters this summer. First up in a couple of weeks is the romantic comedy The Art of Getting By (formerly entitled Homework), which tells the coming-of-age story about a high school senior who makes his way through school without doing any homework. The film is written and directed by Gavin Wiesen who makes his feature directing/writing debut on the project. The movie’s cast includes Freddie Highmore, Emma Roberts, Michael Angarano, Elizabeth Reaser, Alicia Silverstone, Blair Underwood and Rita Wilson. A soundtrack album for the film will be released on June 14, 2011 by Rhino Records and is now available to pre-order on Amazon. Check back...
