Ippei (Sousuke Ikematsu), a handler in the police dog section, returns to the forensics department after his morning training as usual with his partner, Oliver, a police dog. While super volunteer Konishi-san (Sato Koichi) is talking about finding the body of a girl who has been missing for 11 years, a call comes in for dispatch due to a fraud at a certain house. Ippei and Oliver investigate, relying on the scent left behind in the house, but Oliver finds something extraordinary.

By a series of coincidences, Ippei and Oliver are involved in a major case involving the discovery of a pistol and the uncovering of a cabaret club involved in the semi-gangster group 'TMT'. The gun is related to the body of the girl who was found, and was apparently the property of a member of the yakuza organisation Kanto Myojinkai. Ippei heads for the Myojinkai with his senior colleague Urushihara (Kumiko Aso). Meanwhile, freelance writer Kenichi Mizoguchi (Masatoshi Nagase), who has been following the girl's case, scrambles to gather information following the discovery of the body and asks for an interview with the Myojinkai's young leader, Ryumon (Yutaka Matsushige).

Ippei (Sousuke Ikematsu) receives word from Oliver that Yukina (Tsubasa Honda) has been involved in an incident, but none of his colleagues in the police dog section believe him. At the same time, a police raid on a semi-gang led by Munate (Eita Nagayama) wreaks havoc. Ippei and Oliver follow one of the fleeing gangsters. They arrive at an unexpected location. Meanwhile, the Kanto Myojinkai, which Mizoguchi (Nagase Masatoshi) has been staking out, is also making moves.
