When Diego rescues Nikki from the swamp, he is piloting a bubble-type helicopter complete with two doors. When he helps her climb into the cockpit from the rope ladder that he has dropped down to her, both of the doors have mysteriously disappeared. As she climbs into the front seat, she closes the door, which has now reappeared, and the rope ladder has now mysteriously disappeared.
At the end of the film when the two women are being rescued from the quarry, the helicopter changes from a white civilian UH-1 Huey variant into a dark green military Sikorsky MH-53 Pave Low and then back into the white civilian UH-1 Huey variant again.
During the cat fight at the party Terry can be seen with black underwear on, but when she is seen hanging from a helicopter rope ladder near the end of the film and she is still wearing the same outfit, she now has white underwear on.

When Diego is shooting at the alligators following the plane crash, he fires his rifle two consecutive times without re-working the lever action.
There are no rocky hills anywhere in Florida, much less in the South Florida area around Everglades National Park where this film is supposed to be taking place. Also, Florida has not used front car license tags for at least the last 50 years.
Although it is possible, it would be highly unlikely to find a boat registered in California ("CF") in the Florida Everglades.
