Man, Woman, Wild is a great survival show. There is just the right amount of enthusiasm and energy, without being absurd and over-the-top like Man Vs. Wild. A little more up-beat than Survivorman, it nonetheless features many fantastic survival tips not featured in other survival shows. The dichotomy between Myke and Ruth is what makes the show fun to watch. The two both have much to add, but obviously Myke has a lot more knowledge and expertise in the field of survival. Personally I love the stoic Survivorman, show, which I feel like this closely emulates because it features realistic tips and exercises that one could take into the field (as opposed to Bear Grylles who often does absurdly dangerous stunts and feats that only a super-athlete could do while in survival mode--killing the rest of us instantly). Over-all a very enjoyable hour of television every time. I'll miss the show!
