According to an autopsy report from the Fulton County Medical Examiner (obtained by TMZ), Mallory died of complications due to obesity, which was “considered a significant condition contributing to [her] death.” The report listed Mallory’s death as “natural,” noting the investigation found no sign of foul play. While there were trace amounts of marijuana and alcohol found in her system, neither contributed to her death. The document also cited an enlarged heart and elevated blood indicators suggestive of prediabetes as potential factors. Mallory appeared on Extreme Weight Loss in 2014, where she completed a 70.3-mile Ironman event while also being crowned “Miss Extreme Weight Loss” after losing more than 150 pounds.

According to Mallory, the heart attack death of her sorority sister at 29 frightened her into losing weight.

Mallory, a makeup artist, initially auditioned for the show The Biggest Loser, but although she was passed over for that show, producers recommended her for Extreme Weight Loss. At the time, Mallory said she weighed 329 pounds, and under the training of Chris Powell went on to compete in a Half Ironman swimming-biking-running fitness challenge.

What’s more, its debut numbers matched what a Bullseye rerun last did in the time slot, and bested only repeats on The CW. (ABC sitcom repeats meanwhile averaged 2.5 mil/0.6.)

Opening Fox’s night, So You Think You Can Dance’s 10th anniversary special drew 2.4 mil and a 0.7.

“Knock Knock” “Who’s there?” Very few viewers. Fox’s “Knock Knock Live” — hosted by Ryan Seacrest — debuted to just a 0.5 18-49 demo rating and 1.7 million total viewers on Tuesday. As a result, Fox finished beneath Spanish-language networks Univision and Telemundo in the main demo, tying for fifth with ABC, which aired just one original program. That show was “Extreme Weight Loss,” which fell 25 percent from last week in ratings. Meanwhile, NBC finished first with “America’s Got Talent” and “Hollywood Game Night.” Telemundo won the bronze in the key demo, but didn’t fare as well in overall audience size.

Let's get to the numbers... Among adults 18-49, NBC averaged a 2.0 rating for Tuesday night, dominating in the key demographic. CBS was a distant second with a 0.9 key demo rating, followed by ABC's 0.6 key demo rating and the 0.5 key demo rating for Fox. The CW averaged a 0.4 key demo rating for the night, a number that looks to be preemption-inflated. Overall, NBC averaged an estimated 8.71 million viewers and a 5.1 rating/9 share for Tuesday primetime. CBS was a solid second with nearly 7 million viewers and a 4.6/8 for the night. NBC’s Hollywood Game Night opened Season 3 on Tuesday with 5.4 million total viewers and a 1.5 rating, up 35 and 36 percent from its sophomore finale (which self-started an off-season Thursday), drawing its second-largest audience ever and matching a series high in the demo.

The episode also featured perhaps the worst “How Do You Doo?” singer in the show’s history. Sorry, civilian lady!
