The back story for the Billy Bill vs. Mr. Dick Nipple (Dougie Dail) tables match goes back to the Insane Clown Posse's "Amazing Jeckel Brothers" Tour in 1999. Coal Chamber were one of the supporting acts, but Violent J and his brother Jumpsteady removed them from the tour because too many Juggalos were demanding ticket refunds for the three shows on which Coal Chamber appeared. After Coal Chamber were removed from the tour, there were no more demands for ticket refunds. ICP went on the Howard Stern show and said that no one would tell Coal Chamber the truth because "everybody's afraid of your crumpet-ass bitch manager," referring to Sharon Osbourne. This led to Osbourne threatening to sue ICP for breach of contract, and Osbourne and Violent J making a bet that ICP's next album would only sell 200,000 copies. Combined, the Bizaar and Bizzar albums sold a total of 400,000 copies, though Osbourne did not pay ICP.
The move in the Fat Fuck Barrel Boy (Mitch Page)-Mad Man Pondo (Kevin 'Pondo' Canady) match that the announcers call a "No-Region Legsweep" is more commonly known as a Russian Legsweep. Both guys are billed from nonexistent "hometowns" (Barrel Boy from "Barrelswoggle, MS" and Pondo from "The Realm of Pain"). In wrestling, the term for this is "Parts Unknown."
