Opus

So, I just watched this film with some friends for the first time and was surprised. This film should get more love. Its pretty short and filled with lots of suspense and beautiful imagery. I'm not usually into horror or scary movies, but I really enjoyed watching this film. Lots of mystery and interesting camera work... Especially great for a film that was mostly improvised and shot on a small budget. The editing was great and so was the cinematography. I really liked the girl who played Summer (Lola Blanc). She could be a really star. I've seen some other short films from this director since he made Opus and he really shows promise. I can't wait to see what he does next.
