Solid all around.
It didn't start off as strong as the first couple of episodes, but I must admit the Al-anon stuff and the last scene shared between Carmy and Sydney elevated it for me. And the onions gag as well.
A lot of this episode really is just people cooking and discussing food amongst each other, and it's more entertaining than one would think just going off of that. There's just enough character nuance and development to keep the pace up and the story interesting. It's hard to look away from the actors. They're all very, very good.
This episode also had some sweeter, gentle moments that I loved. I can see why this isn't for everyone, but I'm having a great time so far.

The show continues to be so real , highlighting the difficulty of running/owning a small restaurant . I wonder if they will dwell into Michael's suicide as whether restaurant related or anything else To the reviewer that said Molly Ringwald was not credited .." you need glasses because IMDB has her listed in cast credits.
When you watch a show its not about entertainment or because you are bored, it's because you are here to watch this persons, in this case this chefs to grown up like a chef but more importantly like a person. This is what makes tv special and unique, you are here for this persons and they are here for you, the bear is the best tv show of 2022 for those special reasons, so next time don't think as watching tv as a waste of time or some way of procrastinating, it's not that, televisión is something else, and can't be replace, have yourself a good night and take care, this is Jhonatan saying goodbay.
Great episode with new character development. Very funny and freaking Molly Ringwald!!! How is she not listed as a character? Great actors and actresses. Fire episode.
This is all about taking a good idea and ruining it because of your own selfishness. Sydney is really a neat character. She has a problem in the restaurant. She is too smart and capable. She knows how the place should run, but the whole staff is so formidable and stuck in their ways, no one will listen to her. She is put in charge, but the boss, hung up on the suicide of his alcoholic brother, needs some assurances, so attends an ALANON meeting. So she is left to be abused by her colleagues and gets no help from an authority. In my opinion, she should walk out and let the pack of buffoons try to do things on their own. But she is a determined young woman. This is a really good show and is moving along nicely.
