My children and I have always loved this show. We wish APT Create still played it. This is one of the shows my child learned to cook with seven years ago. I was actually looking it up again to get. meal ideas.

My husband and I love watching Pati! The recipes are mouth watering and easy to follow. Mexican food with a twist, I love how she visits different regions in Mexico and creates her own version of the dishes. This will definitely inspire you to cook!
My family is in love with Pati. We watch her show all the time. Amazing recipes and she makes it very simple to do. Wonderful personality and we hope she continues doing her show forever! Thanks Pati.

Pati is a great ambassador for Mexican cooking. Her travels and interest in all things Mexican make this show a must for all people who want to learn to cook authentic Mexican dishes. And her kids are adorable as well.

Pati is fantastic. She clearly loves what she does and we love to watch.
I've sent her a couple of questions via Facebook and have received answers almost immediately. In fact, she told me how to make her fantastic chili recipe work for keto and it's even better!
We can't wait for the next season and hopefully another cookbook.

I have been watching Pati's Mexican Table on Create TV for several years now. She is down-to-earth, genuine, entertaining and straightforward in her methods of cooking authentic Mexican food. She has inspired me to step out of my comfort zone and try things I had never had the confidence to cook before. Several of her dishes quickly became favorites. I also really like the fact that she travels to different regions in Mexico and showcases that particular region's cuisine. Mexico's food scene is extremely diverse and you won't get the same dish fixed the same way from region to region. She's also got two wonderful cookbooks, Pati's Mexican Table and Mexican Today. I bought both of them and were not disappointed. Love her!

Pati's Mexican Table is my favorite cooking show on Tv. If you are a lover of Mexican food and also intrigued by the Mexican culture and the people, this show is for you. Pati combines her love of cooking and details of her Mexican heritage to her show so you will get to see her delicious recipes and also get a history lesson of various regions of Mexico. I think it's an amazing show! I watch it every single day and also follow her on FB and IG. Pati, thank you for doing what you do. I've been watching your show for many years ever since I discovered it on PBS and I just love you!

I love watching Pati's Mexican table. Not only are her recipes easy to follow, she explains everything wonderfully. Her show also, combines the rich cultural heritage of each region that she visits and she includes historical and cultural information. She draws in the viewer by personalizing the show, with the inclusion of her family members, what a perfect testament to the family traditions of Mexico. You can obtain all the recipes for her shows, plus additional recipes, on her website. She will answer you questions, personally, when she has live shows and Facebook posts. What a true treasure she is to Mexican culture!
Pati's Mexican Table is more than just a cooking show with stellar Mexican dishes. It's an invitation to her own family's table, a tradition of centuries in Mexico where sharing freshly made-from-scratch food along with others is one of the biggest expressions of love!
On top of that, she'll delight you not just with the most traditional and flavorful dishes from her hometown Mexico city but she'll take you on a tour of taste, discovery and experiences around the country just to bring that particularly unique and savory sensation back to her kitchen just to share it with you!
If you want to experience the true flavor of Mexico without leaving home, Pati's Mexican Table is definitely the place to be!

I tune in and watch some of these shows over and over to refine technique and develop better skill.. /Pati is engaging - smart - funny - and knowledgeable. I enjoy this so much. I have been watching for all the years the show has aired. I will continue to watch and learn. I use the recipes for dinners for the company - and friends. I love the cocktail recipes as well. This is so worthwhile.

As a professional chef with four decades of experience- a career during which I spent as much time as possible traveling in Mexico- I can honestly say Pati Jinich is the most authentic Mexican chef on cable. Her recipes always reflect the dishes I've had throughout my travels, and even her variations stay true to the spirit of the original. I recently shared her chile relleno recipe as it was the most faithful to the way I was taught by an 80 year old grandmother in Punta de Mita some three decades ago.
If you really want to learn to cook REAL Mexican in all it's wonderful variation instead of that "run for the border" TexMex stuff, check out Pati's table.

Our family has been a long time fan of Pati' Mexican Table. Living in the Sonoran Desert I can attest that Pati Is the real deal. Love to see all the different locations she's visits and her love for the Mexican culture. She even visited my city of Tucson, which I'm a native of and introduced me to places and people that I am now a long time customer of.
Her show and love for her family is a pure delight.
Viewer beware though, your family vocabulary will grow, for example "mooshy" is now a staple in our household.

Explore the Mexican Culinary World And Beyond With the Best Cooking Show on the subject. With The Help Of Masterchef Pati Jinich we are transported to various regions of Mexico to share in the culture and preparation of Mexican delights.
Pati Jinich is a jewel and a major find. Her talent and natural gift for bringing you into the show and making you a part of it is exceptional.
This isn't your typical CBS or ABC cooking show. It's much better!
She's warm, genuine and stunning at both her cooking but sometimes even more so when she takes you on her culinary travels through Mexico and other cities (Tuscon was her best ever show).
This is a 10-star show and well accomplished.

I LOVE this program and have been a fan for years. Pati has such a personable, exuberant personality that just draws you in. She takes such pride in teaching her audience about her homeland of Mexico and takes us along on her fun travels to various parts of that diverse country to reveal the culture, history, people, and foods of each state. Along the way we are introduced to her husband and three charming sons, as well as her parents and sisters. Every episode is an adventure! Pati deserves every award she wins; she puts in the work and it shows.
I'm an American born Mexican. What I was fed and what I was taught to cook I learned from people born and raised in Mexico so everything I've ever been exposed to is super authentic. That being said, I am ridiculously picky and extremely judgmental when it comes to anyone who claims to make authentic Mexican food. I have to say, Pati's the real deal. She not only shows you how to make something delicious, she explains where in Mexico it is from and why it is significant to that particular region. I love her enthusiasm and the educational value she seasons her cooking show with.

My wife and I really like the format of this show. Pati visits different places in Mexico and then makes dishes inspired by her travels back in her kitchen in the US. The food is great and we appreciate that all of her recipes are on her website.
I moved back to El Paso, Texas from Oregon after a 36-year absence and I love all the authentic Mexican food again. I also discovered Pati's Mexican Table and am a faithful viewer. Pati is absolutely delightful and makes everything she cooks sound and look so delicious. I also love her family dynamic, particularly when she has her boys on. ¡Gracias mil, Pati, por ser genuina y tan hermosa persona!

Pati's Mexican Table is a long-running television marvel that brings together unprecedented understanding of Mexico's culinary heritage combined with its rich cultural history. The inspiration of the show, Chef Pati Jinich, travels to all parts of Mexico with her film team and then brings back the sounds, smells, and tastes and shares their nuances by simplifying and demonstrating them into dishes that anyone can cook. This show is a 'must see' on our weekly TV schedule and her cookbooks are a mainstay of my 'go to' recipes. Not just a simple cooking show, Pati's Mexican Table bridges a seemingly impassible divide with grace, introspection, and a lovely, welcoming smile.
