- Liz and Kenneth try to find where Tracy is hiding in New York so they can save the show, Jenna is busy shooting a horror film in Connecticut, and Pete tries to stand up to a bullying crew member.
- With "TGS" on the brink of cancellation, Liz and Kenneth go into detective mode to track Tracy down. Meanwhile, Jack helps Jenna make sure her new project is financially successful. And Pete, feeling emasculated, challenges the writers and crew to a contest of strength.—NBC Publicity
- Open with Liz and Kenneth telling Grizz and Dot Com they know Tracy is still in New York. When she demands to know his location they tell her they too want him back - "he's the only one with the key to the candy safe" - and don't know where he is either.
Nobody knows Tracy's location, but Liz tells Jack that he does contact Kenneth over Skype on special occasions -- Bastille (the name of a stripper) Day, for example. Tomorrow is Tracy's pet lizard Jeremy's eleventh birthday so he may call Kenneth. TGS only works if Tracy is in the cast and Jack's plan to fix NBC is to only air shows "that work." He's tired of the network wasting money on crap.
Led by a member of the crew named Reggie, the staff is showing Pete no respect as a producer, referring to him as a "bald bitch."
After it turned out Jenna Babies (her back-up plan) were being used to smuggle cocaine into the country, Jenna has moved on to the back-up for her back-up: a movie called "Take My Hand." The description sounds to Frank like "torture porn." She's leaving for Connecticut to work on the movie. In an attempt to earn the ability to choose lunch Pete arm wrestles the writers.
Liz and Kenneth (posing as her son) go to the pizzeria Tracy has been ordering from. They pretend Kenneth is attending one of the local pizza academies and the owner lets them look at his delivery receipts.
Pete defeats everyone in arm wrestling, including Jack, Grizz and Dot Com. He earns the right to pick lunch.
Jenna's movie is shut down when it loses state funding for not portraying Connecticut in a positive light.
The address from which Tracy had been ordering pizza is now a business. He hasn't been there for two weeks - they know he was there because they find an issue of Black Yacht in the dumpster - and Liz and Kenneth start to panic.
Jack learns that Jenna's movie is an NBC Universal project. He wants to make sure the network loses no more money so the plan is to make the film Connecticut-friendly and get back the state funding.
Pete challenges Reggie to an arm wrestling contest.
Liz tells Jack she and Kenneth have tried everything to find Tracy. Her plan now is to hope he calls on Jeremy's birthday.
Jack and Jenna work on the script for "Take My Hand." The word Vaginatorium makes an appearance.
On his way to work the next day Pete overhears Reggie's ex-wife rip into him for being a loser with his son standing there. Pete begins to feel sorry for him.
After adjusting the film to make it Connecticut-friendly, Jack gets Walmart to agree to fund the project if it is made wholesome. Jack and Jenna head back for more script writing, including adding a Muppet to the film.
Pete tells Reggie he overheard his ex-wife. He knows what it's like for your child to think you're a loser. Pete shows him his massive deltoid muscle and tells Reggie he would easily beat him, but that he plans to throw the match.
Tracy calls Kenneth, but Kenneth acts strange and Tracy hangs up after a few seconds. But Liz claims to know where Tracy is based on those few moments.
Jack gets Phil Rosenthal, the creator of "Everybody Loves Raymond," on board with "Take My Hand." Phil wants to act and has offered to pay $5 million to be in the film.
Before the match Reggie thanks Pete and shows him that his ex brought his son to watch. Reggie points out that this means that no one will know that Pete is stronger. Pete says that's okay, since he's doing the right thing. Hundreds of people watch and cheer as Pete loses with a huge smile on his face. But as Reggie's hand hits the table we see that the entire thing was in Pete's imagination. Frank has beaten him and they are getting lunch from Ikea.
It turns out that Tracy was hiding in Liz's apartment the entire time. She recognized her futon because of its "trademark absence of sex stains." Liz says she wants to help Tracy. He says the expectations were too much for him and he wants his old life back. Liz says he needs to get people to stop respecting him and takes him "off the leash." Tracy takes off his shirt and heads out the door.
