While watching the documentary, one will detach him/herself from politics, past and present. You will not see Bush as a Republican, but rather as a psychopath (and I am not saying that to insult or express my disgust with this individual; this is simply a diagnoses). A psychopath is a person who may appear to function normally, but it is devoid of sense of empathy and remorse; the movies shows that Bush fits this category perfectly. You will wonder how is it that a person can become a leader of the most powerful nation on earth and yet never undergo any psychological evaluation.
Watch this, no matter if you are a Republican or a Democrat.
I watched this pathetic piece, as he lost all credibility within the first 15 minutes. This quickly became a long drawn out diatribe with very little substance. Relying on repetition to fill 101 wasted minutes.(repetitive, redundant, repetitive, redundant) I esp. like where he accused the media? of purposelessly inserting the "Saddam" and "war" x amounts of times. Sound bites/snippets...how....original? Not. A very contrived tool. Like Saddam wasn't the subject of the time. While attempting to make that point believable in this piece of trash, Bugliosi does this EXACT SAME THING...why, one only need count the number of times he says "George Bush" (say the whole name) alongside numerous/repetitive derogatory phrases. While defining the 'selling the war' he uses the same techniques to 'sell' his conjecture as PURE fact, with film clips and pictures to exact emotion. (not unlike sad puppy eyes to plead for support for animal causes) With quite a bit of over wrought excruciating drama, I might add. (probably wished to be an actor, as well)(this, being the closest he would come). I'll put him on the shelf with others who attempted and failed to rise to higher more respected level (thinking..James Janos) then resorted to espousing conspiracy theories and became the butt of many a joke. I am guessing that this made him feel significant. This diatribe disguised as a "documentary" is NOT significant.
